- Log into your customer account. Trouble accessing your account? Reach out to info@dropps.com
- Click on "Subscriptions" on the left side of the top menu. Notice that these two subscriptions have different ship dates.
- Click "Edit" on the right side of each subscription item and edit the next order date and frequency to your preference.
- Check that all of your subscriptions now have the same Charge Date and Frequency.
*Note: All subscriptions with the same Charge Date will be shipped together. However, if your subscriptions have different Frequencies (ex: 3 months vs. 4 months), your following shipments will process separately.
