Dropps takes extra precaution to prevent unwanted orders from being processed, and potentially overdrafting our subscriber's bank accounts. 4 days prior to a subscription charge processing an upcoming order notification is sent to our subscriber's emails to allow time for any adjustments or cancellations to take place. Please make sure info@dropps.com is on your safe senders list to be sure these emails are making it to your inbox. Upcoming charge dates can be found on user accounts and adjusted as needed at any time.
While we understand keeping tabs on your account and emails can get lost in the flow, we unfortunately are unable to provide compensation for fees that are incurred by charges from Dropps.
