We frequently run promotions for all kinds of reasons, most of which require a code. Here are a few things to keep in mind when using a Dropps discount:
- Only one discount code may be used per order. (this includes referral, promotional, and partner codes). Codes cannot be used for a combined discount.
- Discounts and promotions are not applicable to bulk or wholesale products.
- If you forget to use a code on your order, be sure to contact us within 48 hours of your purchase - we’re happy to take care of the adjustment retroactively, but are unable to do so beyond this window of time.
- Discount codes will apply to one transaction only, unless stated otherwise. If an already used discount stays visible on your subscription beyond its initial use, this will not apply a second time. You can contact us at info@dropps.com for confirmation, if you are unsure either way!
- If you are having trouble getting a code applied to your order, please contact our support team prior to placing your order. We are unable to honor invalid or expired discounts that were unsuccessfully applied to a processed order. We are happy to confirm a code’s expiration date and terms if any application issues arise.
