How do I cancel my subscription online?

We're sorry to see you go. We try to make it as easy as possible to edit your wash plan. 

You can cancel or modify your subscription by following these steps:

1.      Log into your Account
2.      Choose "Subscriptions"
3.      Click "Edit" next to the Subscription Item. 

Once you are in the edit section of your subscription, select the "Cancel Subscription" button. (This is where can you also delay, reschedule your ship dates and swap, or adjust the quantity of your subscription item!

Once you have selected the "Cancel Subscription" button, be sure to confirm on the following page by clicking "Confirm Cancellation"!

Please note that any cancellation requests received after order confirmation are subject to our Refund & Return policy.
