One Time purchases

Your card will be charged for all One Time purchases immediately during the checkout process. You will receive an email confirmation right after your purchase has completed with details of the transaction.

Subscription plans

We charge your card early in the morning on the day your subscription renews and your order processes.  We will always send you a reminder email 4 days before your order is set to renew, so you'll be reminded in case you want to adjust your order before your payment is processed. The reminder email confirms your name, shipping address, items on order, order total, and the ship date. You can modify or cancel your order at any time before the ship date by logging into your account. However, if you need to make any adjustments to your order on the ship date, please reach out to us on info@dropps.com and we will see what we can do!
