What is your refund & return policy?
We offer a 30 day* 100% Satisfaction Guarantee of all of our products. We do, however, charge a modest 10% restocking/processing fee on all non-defective items and refunds. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from refund amount. Return freight is the customer’s responsibility. You must contact us via phone (1-800-355-9274) to process a return and a return authorization number is required. We will issue a refund after receiving returned merchandise in re-saleable condition. All documentation and packing materials must be included before a refund will be issued. Missing packing material may result in an additional charge against refund amount.
*30 Day return privilege begins on invoice date and merchandise must be received at our location and be in re-saleable condition no more than 45 days from invoice date. Insure your returned package to protect your return. We are not responsible for refunds on items lost in shipping! Invoice must accompany all orders. All non re-saleable items will be returned to the customer. Unfortunately, returns cannot be authorized for products purchased from other on-line vendors or at retail stores.
